The Study of Children\u2019s Literature<\/h4>The study of literature for children and young people, past and present, from both synchronic and diachronic perspectives.<\/div><\/div>

Database<\/h4>The creation of an information database on authors, books, publishing houses, illustrators,\ntranslators, awards, festivals, scientific conferences, and other details related to literature for children and young people.<\/div><\/div>

Activities<\/h2>\n

The Institute for Children\u2019s Literature marks the International Mother Language Day (21 February), World Poetry Day (21 March), International Children\u2019s Book Day (2 April), Children\u2019s Week, as well as other important dates and anniversaries from the world of literature and art for children and young people each year. Various programs, workshops, promotions, and meetings with children in schools and libraries are organized.<\/div>
